  1. What are Direct Primary Care Services? a healthcare model where you will pay a monthly or annual fee to a primary care provider in exchange for unlimited access to certain medical services. 

  2. Who will I benefit from Direct Primary Care Services? Direct primary care (DPC) services benefit individuals, families, and employers by providing more affordable and accessible healthcare with a focus on preventive care and longer-term provider/patient relationships.

  3. Do Direct Primary Care Services replace insurance? No, it does not replace insurance. In fact, you should keep your insurance for emergency room visits or if you ever need to be admitted to the hospital.

  4. As an individual, how will I benefit from Direct Primary Care? Individuals benefit from lower costs, no insurance deductibles, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct communication with your provider, no additional fees for follow-up appointments, no long wait times (your time will be scheduled ONLY for you.

  5. As an employer, how will I benefit from Direct Primary Care? You will see healthier, more productive employees, lower absenteeism, and potential cost savings, with DPC plans often working alongside existing insurance. HSA funds can be used to cover costs

  1. Quoted rates are based on monthly billing. Paying annually will save you 10%.

  2. You can add adults or children as long as they reside in the same household as the primary member. Adults are $70 per person, and children are $50 per child.

  3. Our membership plans are not insurance products and do not cover care provided by unaffiliated third parties (physical therapy, cardiologists, neurologists, other specialties, CT scans, MRIs, etc). You will be responsible for all third-party charges.

  4. Minor procedures are available when medically indicated.

  5. Direct Primary Care does not replace your insurance and does not cover Emergency room visits or hospitalizations.
